Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to put into words.
This 6-week psychoeducational and creative grief support group offers a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your grief, connect with others who understand, and discover meaningful ways to navigate life after loss.
Over six weekly sessions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of grief, learn practical coping strategies, explore emotions through creative expression, and reflect on how loss can shape identity, meaning, and continuing bonds with loved ones.
